เป็นน้ำยาโซเว้นท์ไม่ติดไฟใช้ล้างคราบน้ำมันคราบจารบีทุกชนิดที่ติดอยู่กับชิ้นงานโลหะให้ออกได้ดีใช้ได้กับโลหะทุกๆชนิดเช่น อลูมีเนียม ทองแดง ทองเหลือง เหล็ก สแตนเลส และ Mold ไม่มีส่วนผสมของสารต้องห้ามตามระเบียบ Thai RoHS , PFOS ไม่ติดไฟ Solvent ตัวนี้* ปราศจาก สาร PFOS และสามารถกลั่นกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ดี ดังนั้น M-Clean 100 สามารถใช้แทน สาร 1, 1, 2-Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene (Tetrachloroethylene), Methylene chloride (Dichloromethane) HCFC -141 b, HCFC-225

• ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการระเหยให้แห้ง โดยไม่ต้องใช้ความร้อนอบให้แห้ง และ recycle ใช้ได้
• สามารถใช้งานได้ที่อุณหภูมิปกติ โดยไม่ต้องใช้ HEATER หรือใช้ก็ได้
• มีกลิ่นฉุนอ่อนกว่า TCE ไม่มีส่วนผสมของสาร Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr ,( Thai RoHs )PFOS
• ใช้แทนสาร HCFC-141b, HCFC-141, HCFC 225 (AK-225) ในการ Cleaning ได้ดี
• ไม่ก่อให้เกิดการกัดกร่อนต่อโลหะทุกชนิด
• ใช้งานได้เหมือน 1,1,2-Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene, Methylene Chloride หรือจะใช้กับเครื่อง Ultrasonic ก็ได้
• ไม่ทำให้เกิดปรากฎการณ์ Green house effect และ ปราศจากสาร PFOS ทุกชนิด

M-Cleaning Solution

It is a non-flammable solvent used to clean all types of oil and grease stains stuck on metal pieces. It can be used with all types of metal such as aluminum, copper, brass, steel, stainless steel and mold. It does not contain any prohibited substances according to Thai RoHS regulations, and PFOS is non-flammable. This solvent* is free of PFOS and can be distilled for reuse. Therefore, M-Clean 100 can be used instead of 1, 1, 2-Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene (Tetrachloroethylene), Methylene chloride (Dichloromethane) HCFC -141 b, HCFC-225.

Specification

• It is very effective in cleaning and removing metal lubricating oil stains from the production process.
• Easy and convenient to evaporate and dry. Without using heat to dry and can be recycled.
• Can be used at normal temperature Without using a HEATER or you can use it.
• Has a milder pungent odor than TCE. Does not contain Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr, (Thai RoHs)PFOS.
• Can be used in place of HCFC-141b, HCFC-141, HCFC 225 (AK-225) in cleaning well.
• Does not cause corrosion to any type of metal.
• Can be used like 1,1,2-Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene, Methylene Chloride or can be used with an Ultrasonic machine.
• Does not cause the Green house effect phenomenon and is free from all types of PFOS substances.
• It is not classified as a controlled chemical according to the air pollution prevention and control laws of European countries.
