เป็นสารละลายแบบระเหยช้า ติดไฟยาก ใช้ล้างคราบน้ำมันทุกชนิดที่ติดอยู่กับชิ้นงานโลหะ ใช้ได้กับโลหะทุกชนิด เช่น อลูมีเนียม ทองแดง ทองเหลือง เหล็ก สแตนเลสและ แม่พิมพ์ทุกชนิด สารตัวนี้เป็นสารที่อยู่ในกลุ่ม ISO1400 เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ไม่มีสาร PFOS ที่เป็นสารต้องห้าม 101 ชนิดตามมาตรฐานของยุโรป และไม่มีสารก่อมะเร็ง

SOLVENT SP106 CLEANING SOLUTION

SP106 solution is an organic solvent used to clean coolant oil residue on industrial metals such as aluminum, copper, brass steel and mold, More importantly, it meets the Thai ROHS safety hazard and will not be a fire hazard. Furthermore, it also meets the ISO 18001 * standard as well. SP106 solution is a safe, environmentally friendly replacement for 1, 1, 2-Trichloroethlene, Perchloroethylene (Tetrachloroethylene). Methylene chloride (Dichloromethane) HCFC-141 b, HCFC-225. This is because SP106 has been created with the health and well-being of both people and the environment in mind.

Special Characteristics of SP106

• Effective at removing coolant oil residue from industrial metals
• Easy to use and evaporate, eliminating the need for a dryer.
• Can be used at room temperature
• Less odor compare to TCE and is not made from lead, cadmium, mercury, or chromium
• Replaces HCFC-141b, HCFC-141, HCFC225 (AK-225) for cleaning purposes
• Has no harmful effect on circulatory or respiratory system and will not cause caner.
• Does not erode metals
• Can be use like 1,12-Trichloroethylene
• Won, t cause Green House Effect and is free of all types of PFOS chemical
• Sp106 is not included in the list of regulated chemicals according to the law preventing and regulating contamination of the environment.
• It is also not listed in the regulated chemical according to law prevention and control of hazardous organic substances.
